This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how we use them on caprylia.com and how you can manage your preferences through Google Consent Mode v2.
1. What are cookies?

2. Categories of cookies we use
We use necessary cookies (essential for operation and security), functional cookies (remember your preferences), analytics cookies (measure the use of the site) and advertising cookies (measure and personalize ads). Only the necessary ones are activated without your consent.
3. Google Consent Mode v2
We implement Google Consent Mode v2. When the site loads, the parameters ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage are set to "denied" by default. Only when you accept or save your preferences do we update the consent to "granted" through gtag('consent','update', ...). In the meantime, we enable advertising data redaction (ads_data_redaction) to protect your privacy.
4. How to manage your preferences
When you first enter you will see a cookie banner with the options Accept all, Reject all and Manage preferences. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage and re-applied on future visits. You can change it at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. If you clear your browser's storage or cookies, the banner will appear again.
5. Third-party cookies
Google services (Google Ads and Google Analytics 4) may set cookies only when you grant your consent. These cookies are also governed by Google's privacy policies.
6. Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy when our practices or the applicable regulations change. We will publish the current version with its update date.
